Maintenance Request

Maintenance requests received through this form are handled on weekdays during office hours, and are sent directly to the janitor. After providing your email address on the form you will receive a follow-up link with which you can follow the progress on your request.

If your matter is urgent (e.g. water damage or a request to open a door), please call our customer service: private customers 010 590 2000, business customers 010 590 1000. The call rate is your mobile call charge or local network charge, also for queuing time.
